Thank you so much for your interest in wanting to book with us for your special day, class or workshop. It means a lot to us that you are interested in the services we provide. However, we want to make sure that you're knowledgeable of the facts that you must know before booking.
Here are some helpful insights to note.
For a custom made to measure garment or a high quality alteration, we may need a few weeks time from first fitting to final garment production.
For custom-made to mesure garments, we need a total of at least 6 weeks.
For alterations we need about 3 weeks.
Anything exceeding this time frame will result in an additional $80 payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We require a 50% deposit to begin any and all work rendered by CMS, before all work is completed, at our final fitting garments 90% complete, final payment is due. We do not hand off garments until payment is made in FULL NO EXCEPTIONS
We have a no refund policy. If you're unhappy with the work we provided we can gladly fix it if time allows. But unfortunately we can't get our time back so we can't give the money back. But we are more than willing to try and fix whatever you are not satisfied with.
